The authors of the book are James Beard Award-winning food writer Michael Kinsley, author of The Epicurean Cookbook, and award-winning author and journalist Christopher P. Cook.
They have traveled the world researching food, culture, and cuisine, interviewing chefs, food historians, and other experts.
They were honored at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2016 with the James Beard Foundation’s John W. Brewer Award for excellence in food journalism.
We caught up with them at the Darden hotel in London to talk about the book and the fascinating world of food in the Mediterranean.
The book was published by the Dillard Book Group in March.
James Beard is a British food writer who has worked for a variety of publications, including the New York Times, Newsweek, and The New Yorker.
He has written about food, wine, and cooking since the early 1990s.
He served as the editor of the New England Journal of Medicine’s Food & Wine, and was the editor in chief of the American Journal of Food Science.
Michael Kansley is a New York City-based food writer and the author of more than 20 books.
His work has appeared in the New Yorker, New York Observer, Slate, New Republic, and New York Magazine.
He is the founder of the acclaimed cooking show Cooking Channel.
Christopher Cook is the director of the Museum of Food, Drink, and Arts in New York and the owner of Christopher’s Wine and Dining, an award-nominated restaurant in New Orleans.
He previously served as food writer for New York magazine and on the Food Network’s Cooking Channel, and has worked on television shows including MasterChef and American Ninja Warrior.
The book has been described as the definitive guide to the history of the food and drink of the Middle East.
It includes more than 100 recipes and over 1,000 recipes and references from over 50 authors.
The Darden Hotel is the largest hotel in the UK, with an opening weekend that is set to exceed 20,000.
The hotel has over 3,200 rooms and is the UK’s largest luxury hotel.
The event book will be sold for around $2,000 at the Marriott Bookstore, which is a popular destination for luxury hotel guests.
The author of the Dangen book was honored with the 2018 James Beard Grand Prize for excellence.
