After a few seconds, the sausage should be starting to cook in a very nice golden brown color.
You’ll want the pan to be very hot.
When the sausage is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet.
Add some bacon, then cook for about 3 minutes.
Once the bacon is done, add the onions and celery to the same pan, then add the eggs, chicken, and sausage to the pan.
Then add the tomatoes and shredded cheese and cook for another few minutes until the cheese has melted.
Once the food is done in this step, you’re ready to put it in the stock.
You should now have your food in a large pot.
Pour in your stock and let it simmer for a few more minutes, until the mixture has turned very dark brown and very salty.
If it doesn’t look salty, it’s ready to eat.
