Pet food express is looking to offer a $50-per-month “pay as you go” plan to its new customers who want to order at home instead of using the internet or ordering directly from a restaurant.
The company, which is now owned by Walmart, says the new offering will begin Aug. 15 and will be available to any customer who signs up for the free plan, which will include “a free meal delivery.”
The offer comes after the company recently announced that it would no longer offer delivery to customers, as it struggled with customer dissatisfaction.
The move was criticized by some food advocates, who complained that the company had been too slow to address customer complaints.
Pet food stores across the country are still offering delivery to their customers, but those plans are only available to those who have signed up to the new plan.
That’s not the case for the new Pet Food express, which announced last month that it will be offering delivery.
The company also recently added new options for customers who order online and use its mobile app, which customers can use to pay for their meals directly.
Pet Food is offering free shipping and other perks to those customers, too.
Pet Food has been offering free delivery since the company started offering delivery in January.
The pet food company says its free delivery program is designed to help make pet food delivery more convenient for consumers.
In the announcement, the company also noted that it has seen its share of customer complaints and said it was taking steps to address the issue.
